Further to securing a valuable change of use from a sandwich bar to a hot food chinese take-away in Beddington, and one in Crowthorne, we have now obtained Local Authority consents and dealt with Party Wall notifications necessitated by the structural alterations, to refurbish this cafe and upgrade it with a new kitchen extension to the rear in compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act coming into full force in October 2004. The new restaurant will open in April 2004.

We also dealt similarly with a 200 seat Chinese restaurant in Islington a few years ago which was formerly a well-know pie & eel establishment.
