Bracknell Forest Borough Council commissioned us a few years ago to explore the feasibility of converting a redundant office block into flats, thereby helping to increase residential accommodation in the town centre, help to make it less 'dead at night' and start the regenerative process. Our proposal included adding colour, balconies and landscaping to transform the existing bland image radically. Following our study the building was converted into an hotel.
