Following many years of discussions with South Oxfordshire Council we obtained planning permission and building regulations consent to build offices over shops around a landscaped courtyard in the centre of Goring-on-Thames. We tendered and administered a £0.5m contract to ensure that everything was built to an unusually high standard and in a safe manner during 2003.
